Services
Every engagement is governed by a written proposal or Statement of Work that lays out scope, timeline and fees. That document, together with these Terms, forms the full agreement between us.
Payment
Projects are billed in milestones. Late payments may pause work until the balance is settled.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you after full payment. We retain the right to feature the work in our portfolio unless a written NDA prevents it.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
